I founded Caras Consulting in 2017 with a vision to create awesome workplaces. I’ve always been a firm believer that the place where people spend most of their waking hours should be more than just a means to get a pay cheque. It should, and can be, a place that people look forward to everyday. A place that people enjoy going to, where they build lifelong friends, and where they can bring their whole and true self, doing what they love every single day.

I’ve worked in awesome places and some not-so-awesome places, and about half that time was as an HR practitioner. So, I know a thing or two about what makes a workplace awe-inspiring and crave-worthy. And guess what? It’s not about the free food, the pool table or the napping pods. Because while those things are great, they don’t define the culture of the place.
